Good News !! All our products come with 24 Months warranty. If a fault develops than we will pay for the return costs by providing you with a free tracked returns label. We will aim to repair / replace the phone within 3 working days.

Watches will be provided in a generic recycled brown box with the charging stand and (or) a data cable. A generic watch strap will also be provided.
Laptops:
Laptops will be provided in a generic recycled brown box with a charger.

*Excluding holidays, this product can be delivered within 3-4 working days if ordered before 14:00 Monday to Friday. If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days.

A used product that has signs of use. This may have moderate wear and tear to the front, back or sides. This product is fully functional and in excellent working order. The item comes boxed in a generic box with adata cable. A 24 month warranty is provided.

An excellent conditioned product that has very minor isolated wear and tear to the front, back or sides. This product is fully functional and in excellent working order. The item comes boxed in a generic box with a data cable. A 24 month warranty is provided.
Premium Refurbished :
A premium refurbished or graded product which is ‘like new’ and has been restored to a very high standard. Will have no signs of use and is in excellent working order. The item comes boxed in a generic box with a data cable. A 24 month warranty is provided.
