All our products come with 24 Months warranty. If a fault develops than we will pay for the return costs by providing you with a free tracked returns label. We will aim to repair / replace the phone within 3 working days.
To follow our ideology of keeping waste to the absolute minimum we will provide the following accessories.
Mobile Phones & Tablets:
Phones will be provided in a generic recycled brown box with a USB data cable.
Smartwatches:
Watches will be provided in a generic recycled brown box with the charging stand and (or) a data cable.
Laptops:
Laptops will be provided in a generic recycled brown box with a charger.
Excluding public holidays, delivery times vary based on warehouse location. If the product is in our EU warehouse, it will be delivered within two working days. If located in our UK warehouse, delivery will take 2-4 working days.
Delivery times for each product are specified on the product page, regardless of stock location.
For same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 12 PM (excluding weekends).
All orders are shipped via FedEx Express. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with courier details. In rare cases of dispatch delays, we will inform you accordingly.
Water resistance of refurbished Tech cannot be guaranteed due to potential wear and tear on essential seals and gaskets that may occur over time. Refurbishment processes typically involve cleaning, inspecting, and possibly replacing components, but the history of each tech product, including exposure to moisture and environmental factors, varies. As a result, there can be uncertainties about the products ability to maintain water resistance at the same level as a new device. We highly advise not to exceed the water resistance tolerances as set out by the manufacturer as the warranty will get voided by Refurb Phone.
Please note that no devices are waterproof and should not be treated as such.

All good so far thank you. There was a delivery delay because you couldn't supply the black version as advertised and ordered, so you contacted me and offered a white version which I accepted. So delivery took about a week. No discount offered, or additional 'extra' but never mind. Am enjoying my white phone, which is behaving like a new one. Thank you.
