Excellent coms and customer service. Arrived a day early and more than pleased with the watch. Perhaps a sheet with good Youtube sites for setting up could be included in the package as like many I don’t instinctively know how to set up a watch and need a manual or youtube guide.

Phone arrived early and in mint condition. Everything works well, battery is really good (100% rating according to the phone) and overall condition is as new! Really happy I found refurb-phone and definitely recommend. Only 1 little think, my phone came with europian charging plug, not 3 pin uk, but that does not bother me at all as I have plenty of heads spare.

All good so far thank you. There was a delivery delay because you couldn't supply the black version as advertised and ordered, so you contacted me and offered a white version which I accepted. So delivery took about a week. No discount offered, or additional 'extra' but never mind. Am enjoying my white phone, which is behaving like a new one. Thank you.
