Free delivery on all our products

We offer free delivery on all our products.

All orders are typically shipped via DPD. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.

Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.

DPD’s delivery hours are:

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?

In some cases, delivery may take a little longer if we need extra time to refurbish, test, or prepare an item for shipment.

If this happens, we’ll always notify you by email. Whenever possible, we’ll then ship your order as a priority so it arrives as quickly as possible.

What can you expect on delivery day?

A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to track your package and see when it has been delivered.

If no one is available to receive the package, DPD will return it to the local depot. You can then contact the carrier to schedule a new delivery or pick up the package yourself.

If the package is not picked up within 10 business days, it will automatically be returned to us.

Yes, we deliver to all of Western Europe.

Delivery of Multiple Items

If your order consists of multiple items, we usually pack them together in one larger box and ship them with a single tracking number.

In some cases, items may be delivered on different days or via different carriers. Of course, you won’t be charged any additional shipping costs for this.
