Terms and Conditions

You must pay all amounts prior to shipment, provide accurate personal information, and not impersonate anyone else. We reserve the right to change content, prices, or product specifications with notice if necessary. We may discontinue products or services at our discretion.

Changes to subscription services (including price increases >10%) will be communicated in advance. You may cancel before the effective date of the change. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Orders are accepted from residents of the countries to which we ship, including the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Portugal, and Ireland. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter into a contract. A contract is formed upon shipment, payment, or delivery of the service. We may refuse or limit orders without prior notice.

All refurbished phones are subject to the VAT margin scheme (VAT not recoverable). Accessories include VAT. Full payment is required before shipment.

You may cancel your order within 14 days and return it within 14 days thereafter. Refunds require that items be complete and undamaged.

Devices in the “Used,” “Very Good,” and “Like New” conditions come with a 24-month warranty, unless there is physical or water damage. New accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Repair costs may be charged for damage not covered by the warranty terms.

We process your data for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, marketing (if opted in), and customer service. Data may be securely shared with third parties to improve our service.

All written communication must be sent to our registered address in Portugal or via our contact form on the website. Please ensure you receive a confirmation.

We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Liability is limited to the extent permitted under EU law.

Neither party is liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, or pandemics.

Third parties have no rights under these terms and conditions.

You may not assign your rights or obligations. We may freely assign our responsibilities under this agreement.

All calls may be recorded or monitored for training, compliance, and quality control purposes.

Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption for secure payments. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders placed on a business day before 12:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders are shipped via DPD and delivered within 2–3 business days. Options for expedited or Saturday delivery are available. Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout.

These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law. This does not affect the mandatory provisions of consumer law in the country where you reside, such as Dutch or Belgian consumer legislation. In the event of a dispute, you may bring the matter before the competent court in your place of residence.
