Design

The Google Pixel Watch 2 Cellular retains the elegant, round design of its predecessor with a fully domed Gorilla Glass 5 display and an aluminum body, which reduces weight compared to the first generation stainless steel model. The watch case has a diameter of 41 mm and feels compact and comfortable, even when worn for a long time. Thanks to the clean lines and minimalist design, the Pixel Watch 2 fits seamlessly with both casual and business clothing styles.

Screen

The 1.2-inch AMOLED screen delivers a resolution of 450 x 450 pixels, which ensures sharp display of text and graphics. With a brightness of up to 1000 nits, the screen remains easy to read in bright sunlight. The always-on display ensures that the time and notifications are always visible, without putting a heavy burden on battery life. The edges are still rounded, which adds to the premium feel of the watch.

Performance

The Pixel Watch 2 Cellular features the powerful Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor, combined with 2 GB of RAM. This ensures fast performance when opening apps, switching between screens and running background tasks. The Wear OS 4 software runs smoothly, and thanks to the built-in LTE functionality (via eSIM), it is possible to independently make calls, send messages and stream music without being connected to a smartphone.

Battery

The battery capacity of 306 mAh provides up to 24 hours of use, including always-on display, heart rate monitoring and notifications. Thanks to the new fast charging function, the watch can be charged up to 50% in about 30 minutes, which is convenient for daily use. Full charging takes less than 80 minutes via the magnetic USB-C charger.

Software and Connectivity

The Pixel Watch 2 runs on Wear OS 4 and offers deep integration with Google services such as Assistant, Maps, Gmail and Calendar. With LTE functionality via eSIM you can make calls, send messages and use data without a smartphone. Connectivity also includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC (for Google Wallet), GPS, and sensors such as a heart rate sensor, EDA (stress monitoring), skin temperature sensor and fall detection. Integration with Fitbit provides comprehensive health and fitness features, including automatic exercise detection and detailed sleep analysis.
