Frequently asked questions about our grades
What is the difference between Used, Very Good and Like New?
The difference is in the appearance and the minimum battery health. Used has visible scratches or scuffs, Very Good has slight cosmetic signs of use and Like New has no visible wear. Used and Very Good have a battery health of at least 80%, Like New at least 85%. All three grades are fully functional and come with a 24-month warranty.
Does a device in the Used grade work just as well?
Yes. The grade only describes how the device looks. Every device, including those in the Used grade, is fully functional and tested before it is shipped.
How good is the battery in a refurbished phone?
Battery health is at least 80% of the original capacity. In the Like New grade it is at least 85%.
How are the devices tested?
We test every device with M360 Diagnostics, a testing system with more than 80 checkpoints, including the screen, cameras, battery, sensors and connections.
What's in the box?
The device comes in generic packaging with a charging cable.
What warranty do I get?
Every device comes with a 24-month warranty, whatever the grade. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Read our warranty policy.
Can I return the device if I'm not happy with its condition?
Yes. You can return it free of charge within 14 days, using a free returns label. See our returns policy.
